Unless specifically stated in your service agreement, the cost of materials, parts, or supplies required for the job are not included in our service fee. These costs will be quoted separately and must be approved by you before any work begins.

Any specialized tools, equipment, or machinery that may be required for your specific job are not included in our standard service package. If such equipment is needed, we will inform you in advance and provide a separate quote.

Any services beyond the scope of what was originally agreed upon are not included. Examples include but are not limited to: moving furniture, disposing of old items, or any work that requires special permits or certifications.

Our standard service warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control. Extended warranty options are available for purchase separately.
