Any damage, performance issue, error code, or abnormal noise that existed before the service visit and is unrelated to the booked problem is excluded from warranty or free re‑visit.
2
Previous unauthorised repairs or tampering
Any fault arising from past repairs by third parties, untrained technicians, DIY work, tampering with wiring or PCB, or use of non‑standard parts is not covered under Peomiz responsibility.
3
Electrical, plumbing or structural modifications
Changes to wiring, MCB, earthing, inlet/outlet plumbing, masonry, tiling, carpentry or civil work (e.g., wall breaking, new water line, drain relocation, platform cutting) beyond standard installation and machine-level connections are excluded.
4
Issues caused by site conditions
Problems due to low/unstable voltage, faulty earthing, weak water pressure, improper drainage slope, unstable or weak floor/stand, or machine kept in open/unsafe areas (balcony exposed to rain, direct sun, etc.) are not covered.
5
Damage from misuse or incorrect operation
Damage caused by overloading, using non-recommended detergents or chemicals, washing unsuitable items (heavy rugs, shoes, metal parts), ignoring error codes, continuing to use a noisy or vibrating machine, or not following the manufacturer’s user manual i
6
Natural wear and tear and consumables
Normal wear of parts such as hoses, belts, rubber gaskets, filters, lint collectors and plastic trims, as well as routine descaling/cleaning requirements, are not covered under warranty unless explicitly included in the service package.
